Why Sacred Heart Rituals

The name Sacred Heart Rituals was born from my spiritual center my heart chakra. For me, the heart is more than emotion it is the channel where Spirit flows through me. It is the place I create from, the place I heal from, and the place I return to when everything else feels uncertain.

Every offering I make whether a salt blend, a sage bundle, or a journal carries that same intention: to bring you back to your own heart space. To remind you that your healing, your clarity, your protection, and your love are sacred.

I believe that Spirit leads us back to ourselves. My mission is to create offerings that hold space for your healing whether that looks like protection at your doorway, clarity on your altar, or grounding in your bath. These rituals are my way of showing up fully, and inviting you to do the same.
